Sheltered from the wind named “Mistral” by the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vineyard grows in a natural biosphere reserve classified by UNESCO. Fed by sublime spaces and size, the clay- limestone here exalts the benefits of a single typical Provence.

Bright ruby colour with black highlights. The nose offers aromas of dark chocolate, licorice, evolving towards spicy and peppery notes. The mouth offers soft and round tannins. It reveals aromas of berries, strawberries. The evolution continues with notes of dried fruits, nuts. Very pleasant to drink.
