DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery will always be free at Ship My Drink. We aim to deliver every order within 5-9 days. Even with our best efforts we will sometimes be unable to guarantee the delivery dates and times due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is running late, kindly contact us and we will investigate the delay immediately.

DAMAGED ITEMS

A lot of care is taken during packing to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. However, accidents do happen and if there is damage and/or leakage to your order when it arrives, we kindly ask that you refuse the parcel and ask for the goods to be returned to the sender.

DELIVERY POINT/LOCATION

You will be notified of a delivery ahead of time. Delivery will be made to your chosen location in Sweden and you (or a legally eligible person) with proof of identity and a copy of your order confirmation must be present to sign and receive it. Delivery failure due to incorrect details or absence can carry an extra fee for a second delivery.  

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All products sold through Ship My Drink are inclusive of Swedish alcohol taxes. These taxes are declared to the Swedish government by us. You the customer may be charged for any extra duties imposed by the Swedish customs for your order.

INSURANCE

All orders are fully insured by us.

RETURNS

You can return a product unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days if you change your mind. But you will bear the cost of the return unless the product was delivered to you in error or damaged.

CANCELLATIONS​

You can cancel an order within 14 days of placing it. If the order is already on the way to you or the delivery has been completed by the time of cancellation, you will have to return the goods at your own cost.

Kindly follow the instructions for returns when cancelling an order if you have already taken delivery of the order.

You must be 20 years or older to use our site. We cannot always guarantee the availability of all products listed on our site or the uninterrupted functionality of the site. We reserve the right to change our prices or terms without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages if we cannot fulfil any obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages due directly or indirectly to the consumption of any alcoholic beverage purchased through our site. Excessive consumption of alcohol can be harmful or detrimental to a person’s health. We reserve the right to cancel an order or not deliver the order at all if we find that a customer has willfully provided false or misleading information during the order process.
