Sheltered from the wind named “Mistral” by the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vineyard grows in a natural biosphere reserve classified by UNESCO. Fed by sublime spaces and size, the clay- limestone here exalts the benefits of a single typical Provence.

The white Grenache brings sweet aromatic notes that we perceive with white peach. Roussanne gives the finesse and aromatic diversity. Beautiful expression on the nose and palate of fresh grapes, pear, and mango. Finally the Vermentino brings freshness and lightness with green lemon, white mint, kumquat and lychee.
