Sheltered from the wind named “Mistral” by the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vineyard grows in a natural biosphere reserve classified by UNESCO. Fed by sublime spaces and size, the clay- limestone here exalts the benefits of a single typical Provence.

Pale colour with charming dark purple reflection.The nose is expressive with many fine aromas. Some of you will find fruits notes (redcurrant or wild strawberry), or a childhood scent with candy and cherry’s clafoutis.

The palate reveals grapefruit, banana, and sour lemon candy.
