White wine with grayish and greenish tones, with a very light golden touch, which reminds us that it is a young wine. Xarel.lo of fantastic aromatic complexity, its fresh aroma, indicates that it is grown in height. Aniseed notes, white flower, and white fruit at its ripening point. A real kindness on the nose. In the mouth it is an explosion of a range of aromas and a good structured wine. Very persistent once it has been tested.
