Fruity, refreshing, and easy-drinking, this sparkling wine will enchant you with its pear and apple aromas. It is crispy with a wonderful finish.  Recognised as 1st Indian sparkling wine, it is pale yellow in colour with buttery, lemon peel, and pear aromas. There is also a distinct and intense spicy/peppery note. The palate is almost a mirror of the nose, well textured, refreshing, and with good concentration but not overly intense.
