Colour is pale yellow with fine bubbles and very expressive aromas of almonds, citrus, flowers, and hay. Some dried fruit notes also show the complexity of the nose.
On the palate it is vivacious and fresh in the attack. The mouth is well balanced, lively, and delicate. Notes of grapefruit, apples, and ripe citrus, all with a beautiful length.
